Admin Dashboard

The admin dashboard (/admin) provides an at-a-glance overview of your workspace activity.

Summary cards

CardDescription
Pending entriesCount of time entries awaiting approval.
New invoicesCount of invoices with status nouveau that have not yet been reviewed. Only shown when the Invoices feature is enabled.
Hours this monthTotal hours logged across all workers in the current calendar month.
Active punch clockNumber of workers currently clocked in. Only shown when the Punch Clock feature is enabled.

Pending entries table

The dashboard displays all pending entries directly in a scrollable table, grouped by worker. On mobile devices the table scrolls horizontally — all columns remain accessible.

Bulk approval

Select entries using the checkboxes to enable the Rejeter and Approuver buttons at the top of the table. The buttons display the current selection count at all times.

  • Per-worker approval — use the Approuver tout button in a worker's group header to approve all their entries in one click, without selecting them individually.
  • Cross-worker bulk — check entries from multiple workers, then click Approuver or Rejeter in the top bar.

Entry list (Overview)

The Overview page (/admin/overview) shows all time entries with an inline filter bar.

Period filter

ModeDescription
AnnéeShows all entries for a calendar year. Use the year picker to change year.
MoisShows entries for a single month. Use the month picker to change month and year.
PériodeShows entries for a custom date range. Defaults to the last 7 days when first selected.

Additional filters

FilterDescription
WorkerRestrict results to a specific worker.
ProjectRestrict results to a specific project. Only shown when the Projects feature is enabled.
StatusFilter by approval status: all, pending, approved, or rejected. Only shown when the Approval Workflow feature is enabled.

The active entry count and total hours are always visible to the right of the filter bar (or below it on mobile).

Export

Click Export to download all entries matching the current filters as an Excel file (.xlsx). The export includes every matching entry — not just the current page.

The admin sidebar links to all management sections. Sections not available due to disabled features are hidden automatically.
