Admin Documentation

This section is for workspace administrators — the people responsible for managing their organisation's TT Time Tracker workspace. You manage users, projects, invoices, and time entry approvals from the admin dashboard.

What you can do as an admin

  • Review and approve (or reject) time entries submitted by your workers
  • Manage invoices — upload, review, link to projects, and mark as paid
  • Create and archive projects, task lists, and vehicles
  • Invite workers to your workspace and manage their access
  • Configure email sync to automatically import invoices from a mailbox
  • Export data to Excel or PDF
  • Configure workspace settings and feature toggles
