Manage Invoices

Review, validate, and manage invoice documents submitted by workers or imported via email.

View the invoice list

  1. Go to Admin → Invoices
  2. Use the filters to narrow by status, worker, project, or date range

The list shows each invoice's name, amount, status, and upload date.

Review an invoice

  1. Click an invoice to open the detail view
  2. Check the OCR-extracted data:
    • Supplier name
    • Invoice number
    • Date
    • Amount (HT, TVA, TTC)
  3. Correct any fields the OCR got wrong by editing them directly
  4. Link the invoice to one or more projects using the Projects field

Approve an invoice

Once you've verified the data:

  1. Click Approve

Approved invoices are flagged as verified and included in exports.

Mark an invoice as paid

After the invoice has been paid:

  1. Open the invoice
  2. Click Mark as paid
  3. Optionally enter the payment date

Download the source file

To view or download the original invoice image or PDF:

  1. Open the invoice detail view
  2. Click Download or the file preview

Archive an invoice

To remove an invoice from the active list without deleting it:

  1. Open the invoice
  2. Click Archive

Archived invoices are hidden from the default list view. Use the Show archived filter to see them.

Export invoices

  1. Apply the filters (date range, project, status) to select the invoices you want
  2. Click ExportExcel or PDF
