Workspace Settings
Configure your workspace appearance and enable or disable features.
Accessing settings
Go to Admin → Settings.
Workspace identity

Click Save after making changes.
Feature toggles
Toggle features on or off based on your team's needs. Changes take effect immediately.

Default hourly rate
The Coût de la main-d'œuvre card holds the Taux horaire par défaut (€ HT per hour): the rate that values the hours of every project whose own taux horaire is empty. Projects with a rate of their own keep it.
- Leave it empty and those projects report no cost at all rather than a misleading
0 €: no labour cost, and a labour budget reads "Sans taux" in the project list. - Clear it later and they go back to reporting no cost. Cost is calculated when you view it, so a new default revalues their past hours too.
The card appears only while the Projects feature is on; switching Projects off hides it but keeps the rate. Like the project rates and budgets, it is visible to admins and project responsibles only — workers never receive it — and only admins can change it.

Time entry window
The Saisie des heures card controls how far back workers can create a time entry or move an existing one. Pick an option under Fenêtre de saisie:

The default is 14 jours. The window is enforced server-side, applies everywhere workers create or move entries (entry form, week view), and does not apply to admins. Workers see the current window next to the date field when logging time.
Hours saved from the punch clock are exempt: the session's start time is recorded by the server, so a worker who forgot to clock out can still save those hours even under a restrictive window.
Project timer and punch clock
A worker can run only one at a time. Starting the project timer while clocked in at the badgeuse is refused — clock out first, so the punch-clock hours go through their own review step (break time, project, comment) instead of being saved automatically.
