Workspace Settings

Configure your workspace appearance and enable or disable features.

Accessing settings

Go to Admin → Settings.

Workspace identity

Setting	Description
Workspace name	The name shown in the app header
Logo	Upload an image file to display as your workspace logo

Click Save after making changes.

Feature toggles

Toggle features on or off based on your team's needs. Changes take effect immediately.

Feature	Default	Description
Projects	On	Workers can attribute entries to projects. If off, no project selection appears.
Vehicles	On	Vehicle tracking for fuel/maintenance invoices.
Zones	Off	Numeric zone grouping on projects. Requires Projects to be on.
Tasks	Off	Task selection within projects. Requires Projects to be on.
Invoices	Off	Invoice upload and management. Requires Projects to be on.
Hours overview	On	Dashboard view showing a summary of hours worked.
Email sync	On	IMAP email sync for automatic invoice import.
Punch clock	Off	Clock-in/out widget for real-time time tracking.
Approval workflow	On	Entries require admin approval before being considered final.
