Invite Users

Add workers and managers to your workspace.

Inviting a new user

  1. Go to Admin → Users
  2. Click the + button or Invite user
  3. Enter the user's email address
  4. Choose their role:
    • Worker — can log time entries and upload invoices; sees only their own data
    • Responsible — additionally can review and approve entries and invoices across the workspace
  5. Click Send invitation

The user receives an email with a sign-in link. Once they sign in for the first time, they appear in the Users list.

Removing a user

  1. Go to Admin → Users
  2. Find the user in the list
  3. Click their name or the options menu
  4. Select Archive user

Archiving a user prevents them from logging in and hides them from most views. Their historical time entries and invoices are retained.

TIP

Archived users can be restored by a super admin if needed.

Assigning a vehicle to a user

If your workspace has the vehicles feature enabled, you can assign a vehicle to a user from the Users page. This pre-fills the vehicle field when the user uploads a vehicle-related invoice.

  1. Open the user's detail page
  2. Select a vehicle from the Assigned vehicle dropdown
  3. Save
