View Your Invoices
Check the status of invoices you've submitted.
Steps
- Tap Invoices in the navigation bar
- Your invoices appear in a list, newest first
What the statuses mean
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Processing | The app is reading the invoice data — this takes a minute |
| Processed | Data has been read automatically — your admin will review it |
| Error | Automatic reading failed — your admin will enter the data manually |
| Approved | Your admin has approved the invoice |
| Paid | The invoice has been paid |
View invoice details
Tap an invoice to open its detail view. You can see:
- The original image or file you uploaded
- The extracted amounts (if processing succeeded)
- The current status
- Any comments from your admin
I don't see an invoice I uploaded
If you uploaded an invoice recently and it's not appearing, try pulling down to refresh the list. If it still doesn't appear after a minute, contact your admin — it may have failed to upload.
