View Your Invoices

Check the status of invoices you've submitted.

Steps

  1. Tap Invoices in the navigation bar
  2. Your invoices appear in a list, newest first

What the statuses mean

StatusWhat it means
ProcessingThe app is reading the invoice data — this takes a minute
ProcessedData has been read automatically — your admin will review it
ErrorAutomatic reading failed — your admin will enter the data manually
ApprovedYour admin has approved the invoice
PaidThe invoice has been paid

View invoice details

Tap an invoice to open its detail view. You can see:

  • The original image or file you uploaded
  • The extracted amounts (if processing succeeded)
  • The current status
  • Any comments from your admin

I don't see an invoice I uploaded

If you uploaded an invoice recently and it's not appearing, try pulling down to refresh the list. If it still doesn't appear after a minute, contact your admin — it may have failed to upload.
