Use the Week View
Fill in a whole week from a desktop — one project (or project and task) per row, one day per column — and optionally time your work with the project timer.
:::note The Semaine tab only appears on larger screens (desktop or tablet). On a phone, log time from the home screen instead — see Log Time Manually. :::
Open the week view
Click the Semaine tab in the navigation bar. The grid shows the current week (Monday to Sunday), with one row per project you worked on and one column per day.
Use the arrow buttons to move to earlier weeks, and Cette semaine to jump back to the current one.
Enter hours in the grid
- Click a cell (a project × day)
- Type a duration —
7h30,7,5, and7:30all mean 7 hours 30 minutes - Press Enter (or click elsewhere) to save
This creates a duration-only entry (no clock times) for that project and day — and that task, on a row that has one. Typing a new value in the same cell updates the entry; clearing the cell deletes it.
To add a row for a project with no hours yet this week, pick it in the Ajouter un projet… selector at the bottom of the grid. If the project needs a task (see below), a second selector, Choisir la tâche…, appears under it: pick the task and the row is added for that project and task.
Projects with tasks
When your workspace uses tasks and a project has a task list, every entry on that project needs a task. The grid then shows one row per task you worked on — the project name, with the task underneath — so each cell is a project, a task and a day.
Hours you logged on such a project before it needed a task sit in a row of their own, marked Tâche manquante — choisir…:
- You can still correct those hours: click a filled cell and type the new duration, as anywhere else
- You can't add new hours to that row — its empty cells are greyed out. Add a row for the right task instead
- To put those hours under a task, pick it in the Tâche manquante — choisir… selector: every entry in that row for the week moves to the task's row
Cells with a dotted underline
A dotted underline means the cell is backed by entries with clock times (for example from the punch clock) or by more than one entry. Clicking it opens a list of those entries instead of the inline editor — the grid never rewrites your timed entries into bare durations. Open an entry from the list to edit it.
Totals and limits
- The right column totals each project, the bottom row totals each day, and the bottom-right cell totals the week
- Future days can't be edited, and past days follow your workspace's entry window — days older than the window are greyed out
Time your work with the project timer
If your admin has enabled the Minuteur par projet feature, a timer card appears above the grid:
- Pick a project — and, if the project needs a task, pick the task in the second selector — then click Démarrer. The timer starts and shows the running project and task, with the elapsed time
- When you move to another project (or another task of the same project), pick it and click Basculer — the time since the last start is saved as a time entry on the previous project and task, and the timer restarts on the new one
- Click Arrêter when you're done — the last slice is saved as an entry
A few things to know:
- Slices shorter than a minute are dropped — a quick mis-tap doesn't create an entry
- Timer entries are regular clock-time entries, so they appear in the grid as dotted-underline cells
- The timer is independent of the punch clock — you can never be clocked in and timing a project at the same time
