Log Time Manually

Enter your working hours for a specific day.

Steps

  1. Tap the + button on the home screen, or tap New entry
  2. Fill in the form:
FieldDescription
DateThe day you worked. Defaults to today; how far back you can go depends on your workspace's entry window (shown next to the date field).
Start timeWhen you started work
End timeWhen you finished work
BreakMinutes of unpaid break (optional)
ProjectThe project you worked on (if your workspace uses projects)
TaskThe type of work you did. Shown, and required, when tasks are enabled and the project has a task list
NoteAny comments for your admin (optional)
  1. Tap Save

Your entry appears in the list with pending status.

Repeat your last entry

At the top of the form, tap Reprendre la dernière saisie to prefill the form from your most recent entry — project, task, and times or duration. Adjust anything that changed, then save.

Log a duration without clock times

The form has a two-way toggle: Horaires (start and end times, the default) and Durée seule (just a duration).

In Durée seule mode you pick how long you worked that day — quick presets (1h, 2h, 4h, 8h) or the − / + buttons in 15-minute steps — without entering start and end times. This is useful when you know you worked 7h30 but not exactly when.

Duration-only entries show just the duration in your list (no time range), and they are never flagged as overlapping other entries.

How far back can you log?

Your admin sets the entry window for the workspace: today only, 7, 14, or 31 days back, or unlimited. The current window is shown next to the date field, and the date picker won't offer days outside it. For anything older, ask your admin.

Tips

  • You can log time for a past day, as far back as your workspace's entry window allows. For anything older, ask your admin
  • Night shifts are supported. If the end time is earlier than the start time (for example 22:00 → 06:00), the entry is counted as running into the next day. The form tells you which day the end falls on
  • If you worked on multiple projects in one day, create a separate entry for each
  • The note field is a good place to mention anything unusual about the day's work
  • Approved entries are locked — you won't be able to edit them after your admin approves them
